YWAM Charlotte, lead a youth group from Chicago and they spent a lot of time gutting a house for Malik. Malik started Common Ground and is a political activist and at times had 70 volunteers (doing disaster relief) staying at his place after the hurricane. But now they're gone and his own house was still in serious need of help. So yeah, he was overwhelmingly thankful, as a team completed in 3 days what it would have taken him a month or so to finish.
Enjoyed several evenings of quality conversations with the YWAM Charlotte and the Chicago folks. Played a game of MAO as well, another reminder why communism is not a good thing :)
